Ninth One Piece Movie Announced
The 9th One Piece movie was announced for March 2008. & just like the 8th One Piece movie, this one will be a remake of an earlier arc from the anime/manga. This time around it'll be the Drum Island Kingdom arc, where Luffy & his crew first met Tony Tony Chopper. The weird thing is that both Nico Robin & Franky are seen as being in this movie, who are two characters that joined the Straw Hat Pirates long after this saga first took place. This movie is being described as "another version" of the story, & manga-ka Eiichiro Oda is even helping with the scriptwriting this time around. So it might be a totally different version that we're seeing here. Two trailers have been posted online, which you can see here:
