Lucky Star DVD Sells Out
Lucky Star, the current big series in Japan from the creators of "the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" (& also stars the same voice actress), recently released a special edition version of the first DVD for the show. The DVD is flying off the shelves in Akihabara & the rest of Japan, & has even sold out on the Japanese Amazon website. While some shoppers might be lucky enough to find the DVD in some places, the majority of stores have completely sold out of it. So Lucky Star has yet another similarity to Haruhi. They're both huge successes.
