Abridged Humor in GX Dub?
Click to viewThe English dub of the third season of GX sure has been different from the previous 2 seasons. The writing has become more comical, frequently makes fun of itself, & isn't afraid of breaking the fourth wall. This all seemed to be especially true in this past week's episode, which was the dub of episode 111. This episode really showed the kind of changed in humor that the third season dub has brought, more than any other episode so far. But as the video above shows, a lot of people think the humor is similar to that of the Abridged Series. So what do you think? Is the humor really that similar? Maybe you should take a look at the recent batch of episodes & movie to get a better idea. One things for sure, though. The dub will have to change its attitude once the much darker second half of the season begins.
