Geneon Licenses Higurashi

Geneon has recently announced that they have licensed the excellent series Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, or "When They Cry" as the dub will be called. This is a pretty dark & traumatizing anime that combines cute girls with horrific murders & other creepy things. I think we can all agree that it's a good thing that 4Kids didn't get their hands on this, or else we might wind up with "Casey & Friends" like the video above. =b Pretty good stuff there. They also did one of Death Note if 4Kids 2Kids got their hands on it, called Breath Note.
