I've known about this for a while now, and I'm still psyched for it-- I love my Sailor Moon manga (have the complete series), but I've never liked how they'll so easily fall apart. My S-series is the worst out of the bunch, so hearing that they'll be rereleasing things-- at a rate that I know I'll be able to get the money together for, as well, is a godsend! I intend on recollecting all of them. :)

Now, if only the anime would get relicensed...

flipped pages and changing characters' names.... man, we've come a long way.

You know, in light of the increasing number of manga that've been getting a redone, more faithful anime adaptions (i.e. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood), part of me has been wondering for a while now: wouldn't it be awesome if they animated Sailor V and followed that up with a 'true' adaption of Sailor Moon? Given how Toei's supposedly trying to revitalize the franchise (or that at least seems to be the case when it comes to the global licensing), it doesn't seem totally impossible. I'm also curious to see how the animation might turn out if they were keep it more in-tune to the manga's artstyle, but more importantly, we could have an animated version of Sailor Moon with a lot less filler and a lot less Chibi-Usa jammed down our throats.
