Winter Wonder Festival 2011
Japan's Winter Wonder Festival is here again! & just like last year's Summer WonFes, there were plenty of anime figurines to gawk over. Some are of figures already on sale, soon to be on sale, or forever sold out. Some are prototypes of figures that may one day see release. Some are privately made & were only on sale at the convention by the creator, & some are part of a private collection & will never to on sale. Whatever the case, WonFes serves as a great showcase for amateur & professionally made figures alike.
As expected, K-ON was one of the main attractions again this year. My personal favorite was the above Santa Yui figure, which I simply MUST have! Other popular franchises this year included Love Plus, Vocaloid, Lyrical Nanoha, OreImo, & One Piece. Make sure to check out the highlight gallery below, though be aware that some of them are NSFW:
