I dont like the fact that Isshoni Training beat out those other series that actually had a story line to them (good ones at that as well)

But i guess whatever the general fan voted for a suppose ... Im happy to see Kurokami made it into the top 25 considering it only just came out this year , so that makes me a bit happy

Its also good to see AIR wasnt forgetten ... one of the only animes i made me cry (literally)

anywayy ill be looking for your updates nebs :]

yes, AIR is good. We need AIR.

I also would've put Issho ni Training just a little lower, personally (I mean, come on, outdoing AIR, Akira, and Eva? Really?). BTW, if that's on this list partially for being done by a single guy, I wonder if Voices of a Distant Star will be making the cut (especially since, like The Girl Who Leapt Through Time which got an honorable mention, it jump-started a prominent new director's career). Guess I'll wait and see. -Yamato

This list isn't really about what I felt were the best or most entertaining anime of the decade. If it was, titles like FullMetal Alchemist would've made the list (hint: it doesn't!). Rather, it is about the ones that had the biggest impact, for one reason or another. Titles that made their name on this decade.

I'm fully aware, you said so in your worthy mentions post. I said what I said while questioning the impact and long-term influence of Issho ni Training over the others (besides maybe Kurokami). Also, no Fullmetal Alchemist? Huh... I thought it made quite an impact a few years back, but whatever. -Yamato
