Funimation to Host Virtual Con Panel
FUNimation announced today that they'll be holding their first ever "virtual convention panel" tomorrow on their official blog. Since Funi wont be visiting any anime conventions this month (a rarity), they decided to host a live industry panel over the Internet. Beginning at 4pm US Central Time, they'll put up a live chat & be streaming a live video feed as well. That way they'll be able to take your questions live & answer them on camera.
I'm quite interested to see how this thing will turn out, & wonder how close it'll be to one of their actual convention panels. & for those of you who've never gone to an anime convention before, this should give you an idea of what one of theirs is like. & who knows, if this really is like their average con panel, they might even announce a license or two! Tune in tomorrow afternoon to find out.
