~Emotionally, I'm all over the map, though my baseline is 'okay'. Been a month since my father's death. Feels like a year. I didn't get depressed over my birthday this year, but that might be because my father's death muddied those waters. I did cry over Martin Milner's death. Maybe something about the 'death of my youth'. Dunno. Again, muddied

Dear Nebris:

I missed whatever you posted about your father's passing! I'm sorry about missing it -- and wish to offer my deep condolences. I hope the rest of his family and friends are recovering from their grief, and that you particularly are coming to feel okay about what must have been a terribly sad experience.

BTW I know what you mean about Milner's death over the weekend. I liked Route 66 when I belatedly saw some of the episodes re-run in the 70s.
