Oh yes, it is a good thing. The carbs ketosis diet does seem a bit much at first but as you cut them out it gets easier and easier. I just had two more insults with Prednisone and Cortisone again so I will try even harder to push myself to losing. This will fight against me but maybe this time I can get around it before any weight gains. If I stay eating more vegetables and healthy food they say those will flush out of your system faster too. The infection I have had for 30 days is seeming to get a tiny bit better. These super bugs or bacterial boogers are no good, medicine didn't even touch this one.I too need to lose lots of weight. I think about 70 lbs all in all.That is a bunch. I never heard of a stone weight before your message. I relate it to 7 ten pound bags of potatoes and that is way way to much to carry around all the time. No wonder my back has said 'no more'. Keep your chin up and keep at it. One stone at a time.
