I'm glad that you're trying the recipe. Full disclosure, though: I guessed a little on the ratios because I don't usually measure all that carefully (at least for things like hot chocolate). For instance, I know that I used 1c of cream, and a bit more milk than that... but, well, you probably want to add ingredients gradually and to taste. I hope it turns out yummy!
