Fic: Mac and Cheese...a crack fic
In response to a kinkmeme prompt: Spock objecting to Macaroni and Cheese
I for one could probably survive on Mac and Cheese.

"Captain, I eat food for nutritional purposes. A plate of 'deliciously gooey Mac and Cheese' does not seem to fit my traditional diet." Jim huffed and slid the plate closer to Spock.
"Oh come on Spock, live a little. Mac and cheese is good for the soul." Spock pushed the plate farther away.
"Captain, my belief of that statement notwithstanding, there are approximatly 380 calories in this dish, 140 of those are derived from fat. That is 25% of the daily value recommended for humans. It also contains 31%, 590mg, of the daily recommended amount of sodium. There are 51g of salt in this dish and only 8g of protein. It provides no vitamin C, despite its coloring, and the amounts of other vitamins and essential minerals are too miniscule to offset the amount of negative qualities is poseses."
Jim held the plate up, just under his lips, and pouted. "But it's good for your soul." He held the plate closer to Spock and pushed out his bottom lip a bit more.
