The workshop schedule has been finalized as have the fees. Early bird full registration (by 5/1) is $425, but there are day registrations and the like for those who can only do part. I'm probably not going to spring for the dorm. Insane when I'm only 30-45 min away. You'd be welcome to crash on my couch, if that would make any difference in affording to go.

I'm kind of confused about the prices.
Is the $475 or whatever it is for the "whole conference" just for the workshops and shows? Or does that include the dorm?

I might be attending Wildfire the same weekend...so I may bail early from each class and head to Wildfire to do a little spinning and camp out :-)

I'm reading it as $475 for the workshops and shows, with room and board being separate, because people could go for the dorms, or a hotel, or if nearby stay home.

Sounds like a potentially very busy weekend!
