Another Weekend Ahead...

I haven't had much motivation all week. Actually, I've been pretty depressed, even with the fact my LLF is keeping in touch, & lets me know how important I am to him, & he loves me. He wrote earlier saying he has an interview in Virginia, but he can work anywhere. He has 8 more tests to go, & he'll be graduating. I'm sure it's very exciting after 5

eye see you, I'm in a grump too, if I have to get up again I might pass out, It's so hot in hair/here.

I'm freezing wearing a long ugly sweater jacket. Hopefully it warms up soon around here. Grumpy is no fun.

Sometimes going for a walk can help? I know it's hot where you are though :( I used to go on long bike rides. Now I'm working out 2-3 times a week which definitely helps...but I hope to get where I want to in a year or so. If only I could say that about the trich though. I downloaded a hypnosis confidence thing that I might try to listen to & see if I feel any different. Or go to a professional in town still for hundreds of $. That NAC has not worked at all for me. It gives you a stomach ache too.
