On facebook I found a person I haven't talked to or seen since I was 18. It was my first Grateful Dead show that we met. I decided to go on part of the summer tour with him & some other people. That's when I run into my bedroom & jump under the covers with the blanket over my head for awhile. Usually a good little nap for an hour makes me feel better.

ooh it feels so good to find a old friend who is as happy to hear from you as you are from them!

My trich and anxiety have not been good lately either. I have yet to actually talk to a therapist. The thought of talking to a stranger about my issues actually make it worse, lol

This guy hasn't been dating for the past 10 years while he's been raising his daughter. She's off to college, he's finishing school this summer, & wants to see me??? Since I joined facebook (basically for Scrabble) I just decided to see if he was on there. I'm just totally blown away. He really has his act together. It should be nice getting to know him again. Nothing ever happened romantically...I was so much younger then, & never had a real boyfriend. I'm still trying to deal with a guy I've been dating on & off for the last couple years. We had a problem in the past week, where I feel I'm totally right, & he thinks I'm being psychotic & having delusions (sp?) that he was cheating on me. Too much info was in front of my face including constant IM'ing to this girl. He says she totally liked him, he liked her, but she thinks he's an asshole & they're not facebook friend's anymore because he isn't friend's with other girls while he has a girlfriend. I just feel it's a bunch of crap. I know she lives a few hours away & has a boyfriend ( ... )

My doc has mentioned me going to a therapist but I have not even told my doc about half my issues. She knows I have some anxiety, that's it. Every year she does renew my prescription for xanax but she only gives me 30 pills for the year. It is just enough to get me on a few airplanes per year and a few bad days.

I hope things work out with your new/old friend. You need to get away from the bf you have had, it does not sound at all healthy. Just having a new friend to catch up with and spend time with sounds awesome.
