thanks for the code and all the effort you guys put into this. Sorry I couldn't be of much help... crazy RL but... does that mean we can also pimp the code in our own ljs? In case people are interested to vote, or...?

No worries, I know all about a busy RL.

You're more than welcome to pimp the Awards in your own journal, but the nomination entry shouldn't be posted anywhere but to ncis_awards.

Then I have another question: how do you make the er... "scrolling window with the witty voting code inside"appear in your post? *did I mention I'm worse thab Gibbs in the techie dept?*

Grabbed the codes within but now it only appear as simple entry text on my update. I could pimp the code in an entry and point it to ncis_awards but it's just in order to attract maybe non NCIS fans but fic readers and voters from other shows. I know some flist are huge fic readers... before huge tv show fans and... just ranting here.

I hope i'm not mistaken here... since I'm no author. Otherwise, my previous comment is totally irrelevant.

*did I mention heavy headache = mind and thinking process are completely melt down?*

Bangs head.

Hee. I coded all mine yesterday/this morning when you put the post up *g* Not that there's much involved. I use a client so it's simply a case of tapping the odd button.

Thank you anyway - it is appreciated.

Aw, sorry :) I was planning on putting it up, I just had the million other things to do first ^^ Hopefully not everyone has had time to code everything :)

No worries at all.

As I said with a client it's really easy, it puts all the pesky bits in for links as well :-)

Thank you for doing this. So all we have to do is copy and paste what is in the box to my own post at ncis_awards?

There's a minor error.

You say

The categories you can nominate fics in is:

It should be 'are' as categories is plural.

You're welcome.

To be honest, I don't know why the nominator's email is necessary, but I guess if we need it, we'll have to ask for it.

I'm going to use nominator email address to help me keep track of things, but other nom wranglers do NOT need to do so.

Ah, okay :) As long as it's not something you need for the voting, I think I'll keep track of mine by lj username.

Thanks for this! I got mine written up last night, but I'll use yours so they're all exactly the same (other than pairing and intro, of course ;-)
