Very well written, with a fantastic plot and great characterizations.

This is a cool one to include for both undercover and pre-series Tony meets Gibbs. Not especially flashy, dramatic or angsty -- quite the opposite, it's very matter-of-fact, feels like it could be a scene from a case-fic. I like competent!DiNozzo here, and the way we are shown that Tony impresses Gibbs without explicitly saying so or having to switch to a Gibbs POV at all.
