So, after mostly everyone waiting until the last minute, we only ended up with one drop out and one disqualification. Eliminated by default was
theyoungtimpani and
healingmirth withdrew before the end of the time period for submitting.

At least I got the most votes. *snort*
Okay, hit me. I'm a big girl, I can take it. I hope.

My favorite is The Move because it starts out w/hinting that perhaps something adventurously sexual has gone wrong then gradually leads into the discovery that it is actually quite innocent, then ends up w/a surprise about their relationship that's a twist. All happening in a relatively short amount of diaglogue:
Favorite and Why(+2): The move
Because I really liked the inneuendo at the beginning and how it reeled me in and kept me wondering what was going on (but not in a frustrating way) (although the title might have given it away if I'd paid more attention!)
The Move; too many characters made the dialogue very difficult to follow.
Least Favorite and Why(-2): My least favorite is The Move. I am not a fan of slash. I have no problem with the stories being written but it just not my cup of tea.

And I'd like to see what my vote was!

It was funny and very much in character. I would have known who the characters were by reading the dialogue alone (meaning, I didn't actually need the header info), and that's clearly what the challenge was about. The story had the kind of banter in it that I love and am sorely missing in the show right now. Besides, the following Tony quote: "It was an involuntary strategic withdrawal from a situation with overwhelming odds." is so very much made of win, the story deserves two points for that line alone! :)
(Sorry about the first time. Your comment was right on top of pink_thunder's and I guess I clicked the wrong one :D)

Favorite and Why(+2): Dinosaur Wallpaper - I'm a sucker for a bit of humor. I liked how in character pranking is for Tony, and the same goes for McGee's over reaction. Overall, a cute, funny little bit of dialogue

Side note: I'd like to offer a 'runner-up' comment to the author of "Situations," if I may. This was a close second choice for my Most Favorite, because of the clever choice to write a rarely-used NCIS character (Fornell) and not reveal it till right near the end. I thought it was Gibbs at first (which makes sense -- Fornell and Gibbs have similar gruff voices, heh), but using Gibbs in this situation felt done before so I worried the story was going to fall to cliché, but instead you created a funny and different story, through the character and dialogue choices you made. Nicely done!

"Snake in the Grass."
This ambitious author had an entire case going on throughout the story, all just with dialogue! That was terrific. And I felt the voices fit well with how the characters sound on the show. I also liked how colloquial the language was, how it sounded like regular informal human speech, by the ways certain words were abbreviated or given pause. Great job!
P.S. I have to give special kudos to the Ziva line, "No rest for the wicker." That makes me laugh every time I re-read the piece. Really funny.
