Skips can be earned in THREE ways.
ONE is granted just by signing up.
Up to TWO is granting by pimping Session 3.
(Note: The 2nd promotion skip is only given if you have not been mentioned as a reference.)
A THIRD is granted by referring a new author to the challenge session.
A MAXIMUM of THREE skips can only be earned.
