As I said before I've got some catching up to do. So without further ado, my thoughts on the latest episodes that got aired before everything had to make way for the (in)famous Championships.

This episode was in honour of The X-Files. Spotnitz is one of the names of I believe the writer. There was a Wong in this ep too, and Morgan and Carter...

Oh... Well, if it's only a few times I can manage. Don't get me wrong, it's great to see a diffeent side of Abbs, but after a while it will start to feel freaky. o_o For some reason.

Oooh, the face pat in UnSEALed it is just . . . How anyone can compare the patronising 'stroke' Gibbs did to DiNozzo in Iced to this is beyond me. I just love it.

I really like Bête Noire as it's so Ducky-centric, but it would have been lovely to see Gibbs and Ducky in the same scene, I do so agree. The closest we got was their very brief telephone conversation, when so much was being said beneath the words, Gibbs knew something was up. I also liked how concerned he was. I've written a couple of post-Bête Noire stories when Ducky goes round to Gibbs's house ...

Abby, believe it or not has a hearse! And yes, Gibbs is really angry with himself re: what he let Ari do to him in Bête Noire. He's trained, as a snipper and an agent, at that close range you go for a head shot, but he let Ari goad him into shooting him in the chest, that's why he's so angry and upset; he's furious with himself.

My OTP might change into Tony/Kate

I can understand how Gibbs/Ducky writers would think this a popular episode to write post-fiction about. The ending leaves so many things unanswered 'relationship'-wise.

My take as to why Ducky left without going to Jethro was several fold: one Kate needed him, two, Gibbs already had people around him, three, Ducky felt he'd give too much away if he went over, after all he would have been doubly rattled and four, he knew he'd see Jethro later anyway :-)

Ah, McGee! I forgot all about him! He had a more active part in that last episode, didn't he? I'm pretty sure I will come to like that pair as well. McGee is such a cutie and a pretty good match for Abby. =3
