So I just read all your NCIS stories and Tony as a vamp confuses me but the writing was so good. I love the Bad!Tony, cuz LOL maybe that does explain why he's ALWAYS eating and I love your explanations of why Tony dumbs himself down. Write more Bad!Tony :)

Basically, it's a tie-in between his 'nightmares' and the fact that Kate's blood got all over his face. Vampires are simply those who drink blood (esp. human blood).

Sorry, no supernatural context, just psychological.

Yeah but at the end you point out he's not being a good little vampire. So he's not really a vamp, he just thinks he is? Hmmm, interesting concept.
