As much as I disliked the last new episode, I loved that Jimmy and Tony moment because Jimmy seemed so capable and strong in it

I still wish I knew where that scene had come from.

Jimmy is capable; he just doesn't realise it all the time.

Doesn't seem to realise that, as with Tony and Gibbs, Ducky wouldn't keep him as his assistant if he wasn't capable.
