Hi, Looking for old story in which Palmer leaves NCIS because no one realizes his position has ended. They finally find out he is working in emergency at a hospital. He doesn't come back to NCIS.

Found one of them. The Last Straw and sequel An Autopsy Gremlin Blues by Writerkos.
There is another where Palmer moves to Las Vegas and lives with a nice older couple and finds romance. Can't find that one.
