Today was the final lunch for the academic bistro. Chef Hall was out so it was thoroughly enjoyable. I took away a lot from that class though. It was pretty cool the way they just put us in charge of the restaurant with no guidance every week. It was also really good to have the experience of working in the kitchen and preparing/plating food as
