...I am actually stymied at having to pick. My favourite character arc is Charlie's - including her budding relationship with Miles and the elements of her story and personality that mirror Monroe.His storyline - what we've seen so far - is a close second. My favourite episodic storyline was probably The Children's Crusade, it gave Charlie a chance to demonstrate she'd taken a level in bad-ass from Miles but still kept her essential moral core.
I'm also a little stymied at having to pick. I agree with Cory in that if I'm looking at overall arc- it has to be Charlie's. She went from me pretty much hating her character to loving her. Going from naive, too trusting, argumentative, whiny and nagging on Miles, to this interesting combination of Ben's ideals, Rachel's determination and fixation on her goals and Miles' toughness. I loved her at her best in Children's Crusade, when she could talk to Miles as an equal and instead of going all "we have to do it because it's the right thing to do!" she said "we have no chance in hell of getting Danny, let's do some good where we can
