And I think series penalty means if NBC decide they don't want it they have to pony up some cash...so I guess it's actually sort of likely (as long as the writing's alright, I do plan on watching CSI: Cyber for laughs) to be picked up for 13 episodes?

Not sure if I'll see it or not, I'll wait to see if it gets picked up and has decent reviews first, before I decide, but good for him.
