...I kind of want a comic.

But with better graphics than that animated web series we got.

I would definitely support a comic.

I still wanted them to do something more while the series was happening, the way they did with Heroes.

I can't believe they're doing more Heroes.

It went so wrong.

But also, yes. I would have accepted a smaller offshoot thing...or whatever. Just give me the actors. I'll gif it.

SO WRONG! Heroes went so so wrong. I LOVED Season 1, Season 2 was tolerable but I barely watched any of season 3 and I don't think I watched any of season 4.

I should probably just rewatch Season 1 again. I do still love Heroes. (It was a trivia question in a board game last night)

Honestly, nothing they've said about a supposed S3 has excited me too much. But I'd be down with a graphic novel/comic/actual novel just to give more closure to the story.

Closure, the goal of every fandom.

...if only it wasn't so rare.

I still have a hole in my heart from never getting any closure on Carnivale, that show deserved at least a graphic novel to finish things off properly.

The show is over for me. If they do a comic I doubt I'll consider it canon, no matter how much they say it is. The actors are the ones who made me love this show so much, and if they're not there to tell the story then it's not the "real" story.

True.

But I just want something more. I feel like they owe me something that makes sense.

I'm impractical like that.

I agree with Marciaelena, if the actors are not there, the story is over for me. Besides, the way Kripke put it - the good and the bad guys will fight for... but it won't be a war story - sounds like their s3 ideas were just as confusing and contradicting as s2 was. Meh. I like fanfic better. Because they are better.

*laughs*

I gotta agree with you on the fanfic stories making more sense thing.

Actually what would be nice would be like a novel series like Doctor Who did with an audio edition with one (/all) of the actors reading a book/chapter. I may or may not have bought the audio version of DW because I like the sound of David Tennant's voice...

It feels really good to use this icon in season. I feel seasonal.
