Umm... I think the title translates to "My Two dads" and OMG, can the show get any soapy-er? Like, if they actually tried, do you think they would succeed? Was insta raised by someone else, hence the title?
If it has to be soapy, I need Miles to be the other dad. Miloe is the only soap I can accept.
Can the decision about insta be to kill him/leave him behind for the sake of his sanity and longevity?

Oh shit, it's about Charlie, isn't it? The discovery will be that Miles is her bio-dad and no amount of alcohol will be able to prepare me for this storyline.

It could be almost like the actual show "My Two Dads"- Emma slept with both of them around the same time, she didn't do a paternity test and so Miles and Monroe don't know who the dad is, so they decide to both be his father. Cue Insta running away screaming.

LOL, the no power and lots of violence helps, but this really turned into a giant soap opera and I'm not sure that was the intent. My dad asked me if I recommend watching the show, I told him he shouldn't. The show's so inconsistent and such a mess, I wouldn't recommend it to newcomers.

Same. I'm hooked but after rewatching Season 1 and doing the rewatch of season 2 with everyone, there are so many gaping what ifs and mysteries. Like Nora and Miles will probably never be answered since Nora's dead and it's all about Miles/Rachel now.
And then of course Emma's dead too so we miss out on a lot more there because I think it would have been interesting with Miles, Emma, and Bass around Season 2. We know Miles knew about the kid so he obviously talked to Emma at some point so had Emma lived how would that have changed Miles and Bass's relationship? TOO MANY QUESTIONS!

I think most of the fan base has been pretty vocal since they have first mentioned Rachel and Miles having an affair we don't want Miles being Charlie Dad.... okay, okay, I'm done now... I'm going to forget it and have some Christmas cheer.

The writers must think that if they let the group stay together for more than 3 episodes, the fans will combust or something from the awesomeness and they'll lose precious viewers. It's the only logical explanation.

EVEN BILLY DOESN'T WANT THIS SHIT, LISTEN TO YOUR CAST!!! You don't even have to be a Marlie shipper to not want this messy, cliche storyline of "surprise dad". It's good that I have bad memory as far as such tidbits are concerned so I probably will forget it. (It's not your fault, It's the writers')
I bet that's the only reason to have Gene around, so he can drop this 'bombshell' we all know and dread on Charlie. And I bet just like with insta, Miles already knew and only Charlie will be surprised, but she won't actually be given time or screentime to process this, because the writers don't care about Charlie's POV.

Maybe this is why she joins Monroe on a roadtrip and ditches her mom and Miles?

I have such a terrible memory in general, but these things I remember for some reason. I'm taking a Zen approach to the show until the episodes air, then I'll start ranting and raving.

Wasn't she just a recurring guest character last season? We definitely don't need her POV. Plus she's a woman and she's not a damsel in distress or a mom (now that Danny's dead) so the writers really don't know what to do with her.
Charlie ditching Riles and going roadtripping with Bass would be the only good thing to come out of that mess.
In general I agree, but I want Miloe and Marlie and CM2 and refuse to be stuck with Riles and only Charm (sorry guys). The show is taking away all my favorite dynamics!

I wish, but Danny's dead and not part of the narrative, so it won't change much if Miles were his father. With Charlie is would change their dynamic (not that it should). And knowing the writers, they think it's a huge reveal and that they were being too subtle in 2X9 with the Miles/Rachel flashback, a year before Charlie was born.

I'm also terrified it's about Miles being Charlie's dad. The thing about Connor is that I think he's appearing in more episodes, so obviously Monroe isn't going to dump him and move on/let the poor guy be happy.
The good thing is that there is no mention of Aaron
LOL, that is true. I doubt we'll be lucky enough to not have Aaron in an episode, I bet what he's up to is so spoiler-y, that they can't talk about it. Maybe he's in Oklahoma looking at that ball of yarn/playing catch with Nanites!kid.
And Mis Dos Padres makes me think of a Miloe love child.
