I think the only issue that should be of concern is how their trading for assets like Javale McGee just to push their total team salary over the salary floor costs the players who are actually playing for them.

In the end, it's hard to condemn the Sixers for "tanking" when making a move that eats up millions in cap room just pushes the team from an 18 win to a 23 win team this season at the likely cost of future seasons.
