I love your story! Its really sweet, Kakashi is adorable. Iruka being the strong and then breaking down in front of his love. Kakashi picked the pieces together and now its all good again ^^
Hookay... Iruka still seems to have some of that wussy-parts left from the first two chapters, although I can understand his fears for people's reactions. Still... It annoys me like hell - sorry for the crude expression. -_-''
Aaanyway~ At least I didn't have the urge to cry and laugh at the same time, which is a plus. And yes, this one's going to be a rather long fic. *purrs*
Iruka's not a wussy, I disagree. He might seems like one, okay, but think about it please: You finally get the one you love (who is from the same gender as you) to try to love you back and then there's somebody else trying to take them and - if you follow the common pattern - who fits better than you. And, you being Iruka and only wanting what's best for Kakashi, you think about how much he could get hurt. Because of you. Ouch... But anyway, Iruka will probably have fits of rage, of humour, of tears and of strength throughout this, if only to show Kakashi that they are what makes a human human, too. You'll have to love with it, sorry, but there won't be too much drama, I hope. (Unless the German lose against Spain tonight. Then I might be in the mood for drama...) Nayru
Well... Since I've got some connections to the German, I should cheer them, too. But on the other hand... Drama's nice. ;3
And I agree that Iruka's situation is a difficult one. Teaching the one who you love to love you can really wreck one. And I'm not abandoning this, because he seems bit wussy occasionally.
Yes, it's supposed to be in the time-skip, somewhere before Iruka and Naruto go to search for Mizuki. And I agree, it would be dead funny to tell Naruto, but I don't think Kakashi would take it well if he had Naruto trying to kill/castrate him and Iruka trying to placate/kill Naruto. That might be too human all at once... As for Obito, I'm not into this supernatural stuff, so no ghost appearances. But since he's been someone who's played an important role in Kakashi's life up till Iruka, he'll be spoken about if they're ready for it. Nayru
Friends on Protection Mode are always creepy. I've had that happening to a new boyfriend, but it was my former boyfriend who gave him The Talk. Now that was weird! Nayru
