Oh yeah, I just don't come around here very often anymore. My life has also been consumed by school and applying for jobs, which is a job in itself.

Thank you for both the good luck and the congrats! At this point all graduating will make me feel is relieved that the semester's over, but at least I'll have time to knit lol.

Yes! I applied for both a criminalistics/firearms/toolmarks training option and a forensic biology (so DNA analysis and such) option and got accepted into both. Just need to go take a test... but i have to call and see if I can do that out here in CA. Flying out to Illinois could be expensive, lol.

Thank you though. I did learn my lesson about shoes with my stepmom's wedding, wore 3-inch heels and couldn't walk properly for the rest of the day. I have sparkly blue ballet flats and pretty black sandals, so whatever outfit I wear I will be stylish and able to walk. ALWAYS A PLUS.
