I love reading about these adventures you go on. I think I have to find myself some adventures in a similar vein in the art world. It's fun to live vicariously through your attendance of these events!

If you discover good art world versions, let me know--I'd like to go to those too! You might like the SFF cons for their art shows, actually. I'll bet that your art would go over well if you submitted stuff, because it is not all fairies and unicorns at these things. :)

Thanks so much for keeping me sane and happy during the long, long, looooong wait for the awards announcements. I was so nervous that the food had no taste and my feet couldn't keep still - but you were so friendly, and fun, and interesting to chat to, that I quite forgot where I was! (Mostly. Now and then!)

I'm still certain, mind you, that the reason you kept an empty chair between us at the table was because I smelled.
