Last Monday (yes, over a week ago. i absolutely suck at updating sometimes. *hangs head*), I came home from work to find not one, but TWO(!) surprise packages on my doorstep.
and yes. There's a special fabric paper that you can run through an inkjet printer. The quality is much better then the iron ons, but only really is good if you are sewing - like a quilt, or what she did for you. (not for a T-shirt)
The company where I get most of my stuff to dye carries it. And the iron on stuff - which is getting better. Someone I know made a lovely panda quilt bag with pics made out the stuff - amazing quality. I can just imagine the fight I'd have with my printer if I tried to use it though. :)
That quilt/hanging is amazing. I want to learn to sew and quilt desperately. Of course I also want to learn to tat, to speak Hebrew, and about a thousand other things....
