It's all this stuff. Note that we've been dealing with this NONSTOP for over a year!

OMG a year?! I'm sure you've been over it, but the sealing didn't work? And switching units isn't an option for you or them? That's a serious health hazard. I don't know for sure, but I think in CA they've banned smoking inside of apartments now. I would be raging.

Lucky you being treated to lunch,and Mexican food no less! Yes,Philip was definitely missing out!

I like to clean both before decorating and then again when un-decorating,and am chomping at the bit to do my own undecorating and cleaning but alas,we still have one more Christmas to go: this coming Sat. with my Mom and sis/fam here at our house so I guess the Christmas tree gets a reprieve for one more week. I usually don't get it down that quickly anyway so one more week is nothing,I suppose. *LOL*

Yum. I bet that snow cream is delightful!
