Oops, sorry! You're making a roux, so the butter and flour is always equal measurements. I'll edit the recipe now. ;-)

your recipe reminds of the Paula Deen crock pot mac & cheese recipe. I make it a bit healthier by using lite butter and fat free milk.

I've heard anything Paula Deen is super-yummy, but I've not yet tried any recipes of hers myself. In fact, I've never even seen her show...
