Scott took the new kitty to the vet. Found out that she is chipped and she belongs to the crazy navy wife that got raided on by NCIS for having a crystal meth lab in her base house. So she is indeed without a home/owner. She also took her kitty to the same vet we take ours to, so they had all her records. Her name is Nico (We'll change it to Neko
