This week back in Venice is almost over, and it went faster than usual. I had a lot of appointments, and that really made the time fly. I went to the bank and I had to spend a whole hour there before they finally did what I went there for; then I had the plumber over and guess what, I have to remake the whole methane gas tubes system thingy,

Argh, sometimes I hate all those 'adult' tasks and committments: going to the bank, talking to plumbers and carpenters, doing important stuff in the house (not to mention having to take important decisions like choosing a picture for a beloved person's tomb)! They all cause me a certain degree of anxiety, so I think I can understand how tired and stressed out you must be feeling after doing stuff like that. I'm so glad you've got your aunt and uncle spoiling you rotten and helping you with the bureaucracy. You deserve a break.

I haven't watched Person of Interest yet, but it's definitely on my list. I keep reading positive opinions on it, so I think I'll give it a go soon.

Being an adult can suck sometimes. Even if I wouldn't do another day of highschool not for all the tea in China! *shudders*

Person of Interest was so good and I loved it so much, I'm still in mourning it's over. Even if it was a very satisying finale. But still, I miss them.

Fin quando ho avuto 18 anni i miei mi hanno sempre tenuto lontana da i posti da adulti, poi con l'università prima e il lavoro poi (e adesso dovendo accompagnare babbo ormai afono) mi son dovuta arrangiare.
Ti ammiro però perché io con la mia timidezza già riesco a dire al massimo 2 parole in banca o ai carpentieri...

Io non sono timida con gli estranei, il che aiuta, ma soprattutto divento una belva quando mi accorgo che qualcuno si sta approfittando o non mi sta prendendo sul serio perchè sono una donna, come fanno sempre in banca.

Gli idraulici invece sono molto gentili e mi trattano sempre con rispetto. Non chiedo la luna.
