The only 'problem' with these muffins is that I make the chocolate chips myself, happily smashing a chocolate bar with one hand while fending off attacks from a very curious cat with the other. So the pieces are bigger than they should, and while in the oven they navigate to the bottom of the muffin. And thus each muffin has a chocolate-filled bottom layer. I sort of consider it my signature now. :D
