I didn't do anything of social, environmental, spiritual or humanitarian value today. It was just one of those days. I turned into sloth-woman! After my morning routine I hit the couch and became one with the fabric. Oh, I did get up a few times for the natural necessities - lunch, popcorn and a smoke break. I watched Audie Murphy movies on

Don't be lifting your Hobbity eyebrow Elaine. LOOL ;) I don't believe the words 'cold-turkey' were mentioned when I said I was gonna quit smoking. I still am but slowly, actually I'm down from two packs a day to one, next step a 1/2 a pack. But having smoked since I was 16, I knew there was no way that I could just set them down and walk away. Some peeps can, ain't no way I can. :)
