Watched the Golden Globes. Didn't have much of an opinion in most categories but was pleased or indifferent in the majority, except for Chris Colfer winning. I had actually said to Mam "Anybody but Chris Colfer should win this one" right before they announced it, so eh

#2 - I'm 100% with you on that although mine is usually grated to a flat edge rather than cut so it may not be smooth enough even for you.

#3 - When Nikki came to meet us last weekend at Kats birthday, she not only came into the pub on her own but we were completely hidden in some off room and she only located my thanks to seeing a photo of Tim beforehand - I could not have done that if it was reversed. She's a bit mental.

#2 - Yay, somebody is with me on it! I used to HATE it at uni when people would use my cheese (bad enough as it was) but then leave it in wonky shapes. Though you're right, that's not smooth enough for me - I would cut a chunk off and then grate that up completely so that the main block is still straight!

#3 - CRAZY!!! One time I was out in York with Shirley and the twins, and Scarf Tim managed to find us by deducing that the twins were indeed my twins. And Sherie and Cheryl recognised Tim and said "hi Tim!" without any introductions. I was freaked out.

Maybe it's partially a "Tims are recognisable" thing.
