So my copy of Living 'til the End arrived. And Sean Maher is adorable. Of course. If I had to rank my top 5 Sean Maher movies, it would go like this:

1. Serenity (duh)
2. Brian's Song (I love this movie, but Sean is so good it's painful, so while I think it's a better movie, I'll probably actually watching LttE more often ( Read more... )

Aaaaaaaaaaaaah you got it!!! OMG I'm at work and I really SHOULDN?T be reading this but omg how could I resist and omg I was SO trying to not squee while reading and omg sorry for all the CAPS but omg yes!!! So many of my own reactions are reflected in your post! :D And I wasn't able to put my finger on it so far, but I think this: The fact that there were some plot holes (how quickly he got over his fears) can be kind of overlooked because you really believe what Sean and Jaime are doing. really is why I like it so much despite the obvious plot holes!

It came yesterday! And then I had a driving lesson and had to go to work and I just wanted to watch it!

Yes, they were very good! It was definitely easier to overlook the plot holes *because* they were so good.

I don't disagree on any of the squeeage. *g* And, he was still gasping for breath in that scene at the end, so I'm just going to pretend that the ambulance got there in time and saved him. K? *bg*

it starts out with such a different tone than it ends up with Maybe that's why I didn't like it so much? If I'm watching fluff, I want it to stay fluff, not turn all dark and tragic at the end. *shrug* Still, as I've said, I didn't hate it, just didn't like it as well as I thought I would.

And you rate Dive ahead of WW? *shakes head* To each their own, I guess. *g*

I liked Dive because it was lame and he was shirtless a lot. :D WW I just really couldn't get into. I watched it once, whereas Dive I saw five or six times and still watch occasionally for fun!
