I think so. Checked screencaps at stillflying.net, and the pants he's wearing in Serenity the Pilot (the same ones in your icon) look like they have pocket slits in the front. Hope that helps!

I don't even know why it occured to me that he might not have them, hee! I was just writing that he put something into his pocket when I stopped and wondered if his pants actually had pockets. Or even maybe his coat.

I think I shall assume that those indeed aren't just pocket slits, they're actual pockets. Because that makes things easier, oh yes. And it helps me with this one particular line that I just have to get in there...
