My resolve to be more active on lj is improving. I have been checking in almost every day, reading most entries, and commenting more & more.
But I keep forgetting to post! LOL! Oops.

I got new baby ratties today. Two girls. They are sooo cute! I must take some pictures while they are still so wee. :)

i used to have 22 rats! now I'm down to just the one, and i may have to put him down soon ;(

he has a tumor growth on his left back hip about the size on an egg, and there's really nothing that can be done about it. I've had Nicodemus nearly two years now, and it'll suck to see him go, but for now he doesn't seem to be in any pain.

congrats on the upcoming birfday.. if you'd trust me with your address, perhaps to my email, i will send you a birthday card..i do it for all my friends, even in another country so it's not an attempt to stalk you, or flirt with you to garner your attention.(besides how the hell would i get to frikkin Canada?)

we don't seem to speak much and i would very much like to change this as i was serious when i suggested we become friends.

you look like an amazing woman and it would be a shame if you were not happy and smiling. (not that my words could make this happen, but i am willing to try my little bat)

22 rats! Goodness, lol! Until last night, I just had my big guy, Grimoire. He turned 2 in November. His brother, Azrael passed away a year ago, also from a tumour. It seemed to appear overnight, and just got so big so fast. It's good your rattie isn't in pain, but it's still hard to watch, isn't it? Is he named after Nicodemus in Rats of NIMH? Great name. :) (And great movie/book!)

yes nico is named after the wonderful rat wizard from the movie because he's the same color, and i love that movie.

such a shame your not celebrating, i could have bought you a beer.. granted id have to be in Canada.. and that's gonna be hard.
