John Smith and Rose Tyler are finally taking their romance public!
Last night, John escorted Rose to the Vitex Annual Ball, posing for the paps with his arm around Rose's shoulders and all smiles for the cameras on the red carpet.
During the ball, hosted by the Cybus Industries, the best-selling author and the Vitex heiress held hands as they were walking around the party. They were whispering and sneaking kisses throughout the night and looking very happy together.
John first met Rose at the birthday party of her father, Peter Tyler. Although the two have been seen close together at other events and they were spotted at a Starbucks and a chippy, they managed to avoid being photographed in public until now.

John Smith and his girlfriend Rose Tyler arrived at Heathrow Airport from Barcelona on Friday (January 6).
The couple spent the past few days in Barcelona, where they commemorated their first anniversary. They appeared very much in love as they walked through the airport last afternoon, catching the attention of a lot of passengers. “They spent their flight cuddling, whispering and giggling. They looked like a couple of teenagers in love, very cute,” one eye witness told People.com.
The 20-year-old heiress held the arm of the 36-year-old author as they dodged the crowd and made their way out of the terminal, where a black SUV was waiting for them.

The Vitex heiress is engaged to best-selling author John Smith, whom she's been dating since 2010. Who is the source that confirmed the rumour? Her own mother, Jacqueline Tyler.
“We're very happy and excited about their engagement! John is an amazing man and takes good care of my only daughter. I can see how much they love each other and I approve her choice,” the proud mother said.
John, 40, and Rose, 24, plan to wed next year, but there isn't a date set yet. John proposed back in October, at the same date and place he met Rose for the first time.

Married life suits John Smith! Last night the author made his first public appearance with his wife, Rose.
The couple couldn't look happier as they arrived at the BAFTA, the most important awards show recognizing the people and the work of popular culture.
Rose and John dressed in simple outfits, but they looked stunning together. Rose was all smiles on camera and John kept his arm around his wife all the time as they walked around.
The couple married last month in a quiet wedding ceremony at a resort in Scotland. They announced their engagement last November after dating for four years.
'Doctor Who' Promotion with John Smith

John Smith, the author of the famous books series The Doctor, is very busy right now. He is travelling around the country promoting the second season of the TV show based on his books, along with the cast.
While her husband is away to promote his work, Rose Smith is enjoying her vacation with their son, Jack. The director of Torchwood is photographed cooing over her two month old baby while at a swimming pool.
“I wish I could be with them, but I have to work,” John said looking tired and a little sad. “It's the first time we've been apart since we got together. If I have to travel, she's with me. Obviously, now that we’ve had a baby, our priorities have changed a little. That's why she stayed home with our son. We agreed he's too young to be away from home for two months.”
Let's hope John finishes his promotion soon and gets back to his adorable family.
