Senior year has been underway for about half a week now, and I'm still adjusting to the rhythm of school. I'm happy to be back, but it's tiring. I was enjoying some extra sleep this morning until a crew of painters began banging around on my shutters. Apparently we're having the front of the house painted over again. Today's Labor Day though;

The Scouring of the Shire should be in the movie, but, much to our dismay, Peter Jackson didn't even film it. He found that the scene would be anticlimactic if adapted to film, so he never even planned it for the extended edition. Too bad, eh?
