 Thanksgiving was good even if I was nervous as hell. Finally telling my parents who exactly my boyfriend is was interesting. Weekend out in the mountains with Ryoma was fun. Better than being out there alone.

It's almost winter break. Man, I can't wait. I am over early, freezing cold mornings. Goddammit Tokyo. Can't you be even a little warmer?

Part of me says I wish I was back home where it's warmer durin' the winter, since it's too damn cold for my likin'. ...But then another part says bein' colder means there might be some snow comin' 'round~ An' I ain't seen snow in years, since it's too warm in Osaka to last for very long~ So I'm hopin' we luck out and get some snow if it keeps gettin' cold like this~

Snow's overrated. But then again, I've never been anywhere but Tokyo for winter break so it's just a part of winter round here, I guess. Snow's probably gonna come soon so maybe you will get lucky~

....Much as I think he'd like the idea, I have a feeling his mom'll be wanting him around for Christmas... and if Christmas is anything like Thanksgiving was.... Unless we do an early birthday thing for him there and then come back in time for Christmas. Cause if it ends up being a party or something, I'm thinking it might be better to have it as far from being related to Christmas at all considering it always overshadows his birthday...

Hopin' you're right. ...I mean, I 'member snow while we were out on the International Tournament last winter, but that wasn't the same and it wasn't at home, ya know? It wasn't Japanese snow. An' that's what I wanna see~ I might never see true snow in Osaka, but I know it can happen here in Kantou~! So I wanna see it~!

Hehe, yeah, I'm thinking you'll definitely get some snow this year. You could come into the mountains. It'll probably be even more likely to snow up there considering the altitude compared to most of Kantou. Besides, the mountains are just really nice, relaxing places to be~

.... Yeah, I'm not too fond of his dad. He... kinda creeps me out a bit as well. Hmm... maybe I'll ask her how she feels about a family trip to Kobe, or at least coming with Ryoma and me to Kobe.... Parental escort or something like that to protect her son's innocence.
I didn't think as far as details. I just know I wanna give him a reason to actually be able to enjoy his birthday for once without having to worry about it being overshadowed and forgotten because of christmas.

... Ahaha, sorry. It's just habit to call everyone by last name. Even Ryoma had to tell me to use his name and that was a couple weeks after we started dating...
