Have you ever tried oil pulling? Supposedly it's one of those things that "helps with whatever's ailin' ya!"

I'm intrigued but skeptical, and I'm interested in anything anyone has to share about it.

It does work for me. My teeth got a lot whiter after 6 months. My mom and aunt's gum stop receding too. My aunt didn't need to go to the dentist to get it fixed. :)

Do you really swish it around for 20 minutes like the linked page describes? That seems unreasonably long, to me. >_>

Yes I do... I accidently do it longer sometimes because I forget to time it lol...

That's what I thought.

And so I wonder, with that in mind, would you get the same results swishing with just water for 20 minutes?
