I am doing basic aromatherapy kits for a few relatives for gift. I know which essential oils I use, but I thought I would dig around and find what everyone else uses!
What essential oils do you use frequently? And how?
Any recipes, blends or ailments that you use/use them for would be appreciated, too!

I have thin hair that is prone to dandruff and build-up, so I use an EO mix that I apply to my scalp a couple times a week. It is mostly carrier oil like jojoba, but I add lavender, tea tree, peppermint, rosemary, cedarwood Atlas, and cade oil. I sometimes also add a bit of thyme, bay, and/or basil EO.
My mom has bad allergies, so I made her a little bottle of carrier oil plus peppermint, menthol, eucalyptus, and camphor EOs. It's just like Vicks, only I think it's better. It's also good when I have a headache.
I have read that cajeput, cypress, marjoram, peppermint, and ginger are good for pain relief if used as a massage oil. I purchased some of each to use for that purpose but haven't tried it yet.
