I'm a huge fan of olive leaf and Pau d'arco. I use tinctures of both, and very rarely get ill. The caveat is that I have to get to them right when I think I'm coming down with something, if I put it off at all I'll get sick, but as long as I have some on hand and can take it diligently I'll knock stuff out in a day, while friends come down with likely the same thing and are out for days ( ... )

and I forgot, I do a lot of elderberry concentrate when I feel as though I'm coming down with something too. It makes a nice juice or spritzer (a little soda water, some concentrate, and sweetener of choice), and does wonders for colds. I love the taste though so I'll drink it all the time.

A recent blood test revealed I have a nasty viral infection that's been going on for a long time. My holistic doctor is treating it with some supplements from Apex Energetics (fancy doctor supplements), and a few weeks later I'm feeling MUCH better!
