I would definitely ask this at vaginapagina and possibly fam. The fertility awareness method involves tracking signs to see when you ovulate. Your body might take some time before it ovulates after being on hormonal birth control, I'm not sure how long. Just try and be healthy, get enough sleep, lots of fresh fruit and veg, and I would think that would be the best thing for your body right now :).

This. Fly paper is really effective, and my cats have never had a problem with it.

One of my cats decided to attack some, and ended getting the card all over his face and front. It was highly amusing until I had to pull it off him and wash off the glue.

No cats were harmed in the removal of the fly paper.

I have been taking vitex for my irregular cycles and it has helped a ton. Mine aren't anywhere near as irregular as yours have been, so ymmv, but it has helped regulate them and also reduced my pms symptoms. Good stuff.

When I stopped taking HBC, I had some problems with regularity and such. I started taking raspberry leaf tea, and by the next day I had started my period.
I don't know if I was supposed to drink it all the time, I don't think it would have hurt, but I didn't. I took it the next month when I didn't have my period, and bam, it worked like magic!
It might be a good place to start.
